Return & Exchanges

Order Status
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the provided email address with an order number for reference.


A 3-5 day order processing time is required on all orders before shipment.

Order Cancellation
If you decide that you would like to cancel an order after placement, please contact us immediately as we cannot make changes once shipped.

Order Return
ISCHUS may accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Goods must be unwashed, unworn and in their original purchase condition with no signs of being removed and re-attached.

To start a return, you can contact us at sweetchillingofficial@gmail.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address. Please include a paper with your order number and the list of items want to return on it in the return package. 

Goods for return must be posted at the Customer’s expense.

Refund

We will not refund for incorrect entry of address details, shipment delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by the courier.

Please be patient as it will take at least 3 weeks for Customer Care to process and check after the return package is delivered.

The customer will not be refunded for the original postage cost unless the garment was faulty, or there was a dispatch error by ISCHUS
